STUDIO VISITS

is located in the heart of the Fylde Coast a short journey from Blackpool, Preston and Lytham St Annes. The furnace runs 365 days a year in what was the shippon used to house the cows when Pointer House Farm was once a Dairy farm.

We are open to the public and in an informal setting, visitors can watch the glassblowers at work using techniques hundreds of years old. There is also a showroom full of beautiful handmade glass to view and purchase.

For those who want more than just the visual experience of glassmaking we do offer an hour’s set demonstration with an explanation of the different processes being used. These last for about an hour, require a minimum of 15 people at £5 a head and need to be pre-booked.
